2- If your abstract is accepted by referees, we send you an acceptance letter by email within 2 days (after your application)

3- If you receive acceptance letter, that means you are registred

4- In December 01, 2025 we publish conference and presentation programme

5- At programme times is Turkey time, please check the time difference between your country
